Corporate Reception Client Services Account Manager - Central London - £45,000 + excellent benefitsThe OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services focused individual to join my client's team in the heart of London. You will be working for a leading Corporate Reception provider managing their prestigious client accounts within an impressive portfolio covering the whole of London. These accounts will include institutions such as: Law Firms, Investment Banks, and other Corporate Business Centres.The purpose of this position is to be responsible for managing a team of Front of House employees within a managed service environment across multiple, as well as building and strengthening client relationships. You will also be providing Front of House team members with training, advice, and support. This role requires an individual who is highly customer focused and can communicate at all levels both internally and externally. People management, teamwork and motivation are key focal aspects - you must be able to encourage and inspire employees to work together to function efficiently. A strong element of flexibility is required as this role includes frequently visiting several sites across London. Working hours are Monday - Friday business hours with the responsibility of managing your own weekly calendar as business dictates.
