Representing some of the world’s biggest brands, this organisation plays a vital role in facilitating industry discussions, shaping best practices, and ensuring senior leaders gain valuable insights from their peers. Due to growth, they are looking for a proactive and curious individual who enjoys building relationships, understanding how businesses operate, and delivering high-value strategic programmes.
In this role, you will oversee industry events, manage executive relationships, and drive key initiatives that influence finance and tax leadership communities. You will act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
A key part of your role will involve curating event content, identifying relevant speakers, and shaping meeting agendas to ensure discussions address the most pressing challenges facing CFOs and Finance Directors. Your ability to foster strong professional relationships, manage multiple projects, and deliver engaging, high-quality programmes will be crucial to your success.
To thrive in this role, you should have 1-2 years’ experience in account management, stakeholder engagement, or programme coordination, ideally within a finance, tax, events, or membership-based environment. You are naturally inquisitive, with a strong interest in how businesses operate, and can confidently engage with senior executives, ensuring they feel valued and supported within the network. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to think strategically about content and speaker selection for industry events. Above all, you are a people person with a proactive, can-do attitude, capable of managing high-profile stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy.
