Accounting & Regulatory Policy Manager

Our client, a prominent leader in the Insurance industry, is searching for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting & Regulatory Policy Manager to join their dynamic Finance department. This is a permanent position designed for a professional aiming to make a substantial impact within a dynamic sector. The successful candidate will be pivotal in shaping financial and regulatory practices, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and financial reporting are maintained.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of accounting policies and regulatory reporting standards.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and IFRS accounting
  • Manage and guide financial analysis and reporting processes to adhere to legal regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate financial statements and business insights.
  • Review changes in accounting regulations and standards, advising management on necessary actions to remain compliant.
