What You'll Do:

This role is tailored for audit and advisory professionals who thrive on technical challenges and delivering impactful solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

SSC Gatekeeping

  • Reviewing audit engagements across the EMEA region requiring SSC sign-off.
  • Guiding companies navigating US reporting rules due to operational or group-level obligations.

Accounting Advisory for IPOs, M&A, and Capital Raising

  • Providing expert accounting and reporting advice to companies pursuing strategic business transformations.
  • Leveraging your audit expertise to support clients in new and exciting challenges.

Advisory for Reporting Requirements

  • Supporting companies through complex reporting processes for IPOs or listings on US markets.
  • Ensuring accurate, compliant submissions for legal and regulatory purposes.

What We're Looking For:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
  • PCAOB and US GAAP audit experience (essential).
  • Experience in accounting advisory is advantageous but not essential-we're ready to train bright, motivated candidates with the right audit background.
  • Strong academic record, reflecting your analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A background in Big 4/Big 6 is typical, but we're open to candidates from other firms who meet the criteria.
