I am currently working with a client who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Advisory Manager to join their rapidly expanding team in a hybrid role based in the London office.
What you will be doing as an Accounting Advisory Manager
- Managing client relationships
- Application of technical accounting and delivery
- The impact of recent and upcoming accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 17)
- Assisting transaction teams with GAAP conversions
- Preparing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and cash flow models
- Front-end narrative reporting and financial statement disclosures
What you'll need to succeed as an Accounting Advisory Manager
- Fully qualified accountant
- Technical accounting experience with IFRS and UK GAAP
- Ideally you will come from an audit background
- Strong knowledge of recent developments in accounting, particularly IFRS 9, 15, and 16
- Proven experience in leading and nurturing client relationships
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical accounting concepts clearly
- Experience working with listed companies and large corporates
