GPN Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a well-established and reputable firm featuring several-partners-in-size within Central London to support in their Business Services team. The firm are located in an attractive area of London, have a deep history, and provide a wealth of services to an eclectic client base.
The firm are looking to engage an Interim Accounts Manager or Accounts Senior within their Business Services team on an ongoing basis. The role may also provide a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for you (but only if you would desire that).The role itself will include:
- Managing a team of up to 3 including x2 Seniors (but only if you have Managerial experience - this is not a requirement for an interim)
- Preparing and reviewing management accounts, statutory accounts, bookkeeping and VAT
- Exposure to group consolidations
- Own portfolio management (and those of others if you have Managerial experience)
- Raising client invoices, and being control of your own WIP etc
- Liaising with clients directly
To be considered for the role, you will:
- Be a qualified accountant (such as ACA, ACCA, CAANZ, SAICA, ICAS, CPA etc) or be Qualified by Experience (QBE)
- Have reached Accounts/Business Services/Outsourcing Senior or Manager levels (or higher)
- Have exposure to the preparation of management accounts, bookkeeping, statutory accounts and VAT
- Ideally be immediately available
