Duties:

  • Process weekly payroll with accuracy and manage subcontractor payments.
  • Submit payroll records and returns
  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring supplier payments are processed efficiently and approved appropriately.
  • Oversee credit control activities
  • Monitor and manage cash flow
  • Perform reconciliations for bank accounts and facilitate transfers between accounts
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts
  • Coordinate with external auditors by preparing and providing required financial information for annual audits.
  • Bookkeeping tasks, including managing prepayments and accruals.
  • Prepare and file tax-related returns
  • Collaborate with the surveying team on monthly CVR reporting.
  • Develop and maintain budgets business needs
