Day-to-day of the role:- Work directly with high-profile artists alongside a team of supervisors, seniors, and trainees.
- Manage confidential client relationships and act as the first point of contact.
- Collaborate closely with partners in the Music and Entertainment department.
- Take an active role in the development and progression of your team and personal career.
- ACCA or ACA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience.
- Experience working with artists, management companies, agents, and promoters.
- Proficient in handling royalty audits, touring accounts, foreign tax schemes, cash flow, and income streams.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for building premium client management services.
- Ability to prioritise tasks considering available resources.
- Demonstrated high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and intuition to support and lead a team.
