Client Details

We are partnering with a prestigious investment organisation based in Central London to find a skilled Transaction Manager to oversee a finance team of four. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing transactions, optimising financial processes, and ensuring smooth operations within a dynamic investment setting.

Description

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end financial transactions within the business.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of four, ensuring efficiency and best practices.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic financial initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Profile

  • Proven experience in transaction management within the investment or financial sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small finance team.
  • Netsuite experience desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant finance qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) are desirable.
