Ruby Group are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join a fast growing private equity backed business. Reporting into the Finance Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be. Lead and enhance the Accounts Payable function, alongside another Accounts Payable Manager for the UK and EMEA businesses. Manage a team of 7 accounts payable assistants, including training appraising and recruiting new team members. Ensure the accurate processing of invoices, timely payments, and foster positive relationships with suppliers. Your expertise will drive process improvements, maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers making a meaningful impact on financial operations. You will be working with over 6000 suppliers processing up to 400 invoices daily. Support internal stakeholders with the AP process including use of PO’s. Assist with year-end audit and associated reports, Liaise with Treasury at key period-end reporting points to plan for the impact of supplier payments on Group cashflows.

The ideal applicant will have at least 5 year’s experience gained whilst working in Accounts Payable, ideally whilst supervising teams. Work well under pressure, prioritising your workload. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. Intermediate excel is essential, NetSuite experience is advantageous. (Hybrid/Flexible working)
