Halliday Marx have partnered with a Real Estate firm based in the City to hire an Interim AP Manager for 12 months.
Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of AP process
- Day to day management of 6 people
- Be able to work effectively with all other areas of the business
- Multi currency bank reconciliations
- Be the key contact for your suppliers and key contacts within the business
- Authorising and taking control of the payment runs
- Collaborating with departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and to complete bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate aged payables ledger
- Management of the AP inbox
Requirements:
- You must be available to start ASAP
- SAP experience is essential
- Management of teams is essential
- Over 5 years experience as an Accounts Payable Manager is essential
- Real Estate experience is desirable but not essential
