You will support the AP Manager in the effective running on the team, ensuring the delivery of the relevant outputs, KPIs and SLAs. You will be responsible for the supervision of all the allocated team members and the assigning daily AP duties.

You will also ensure the team are working efficiency and effectively hitting objectives, deadlines and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments and handling of all queries.

To be considered -

  • Extensive accounts payable experience working in a large organisation operating multi- fund accounting across a range of operations
  • Experience of managing an accounts payable team, organising and motivating the team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; setting clear objectives ensuring deadlines are met, along with regular one to ones
  • Experience of developing and delivering against KPIs and SLAs to successfully deliver process improvement and performance enhancement
  • Good understanding of double entry accounting
  • Experience of U4BW, Agresso or equivalent P2P ERP system
  • Advanced Excel, and good working knowledge of Word
  • Excellent communication and business partnering skills
