Description
- Lead and manage a team of 4, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee high-volume invoicing, payment processing, and transaction reconciliation, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Create and maintain compliant financial documents, including proper application of GL codes.
- Manage and monitor accounts involving multiple payment methods, including a significant volume of card transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve processes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimise efficiency in a high-volume environment.
- Analyse accounts receivable metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure timely collections while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on receivables performance to senior management.
Profile
- Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Experience managing a team of 4.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Solid understanding of GL coding, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating across teams.
