You will manage a team of 4 Accounts Receivable Specialists while ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial documentation. You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance, streamlining processes, and addressing the challenges of a volume-driven workload.

Description

  • Lead and manage a team of 4, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee high-volume invoicing, payment processing, and transaction reconciliation, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Create and maintain compliant financial documents, including proper application of GL codes.
  • Manage and monitor accounts involving multiple payment methods, including a significant volume of card transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimise efficiency in a high-volume environment.
  • Analyse accounts receivable metrics, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure timely collections while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on receivables performance to senior management.

Profile

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience managing a team of 4.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Solid understanding of GL coding, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating across teams.
