Description
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collections
- Manage and mentor a team of two AR specialists, providing guidance and support
- Implement and improve credit control strategies to reduce outstanding debt
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve payment issues
- Prepare and analyse AR reports, monitoring key metrics and cash flow
- Collaborate with finance teams to enhance AR policies and procedures
- Support system enhancements and automation projects within the AR function
Profile
- Proven experience in an accounts receivable/credit control management role
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in financial systems and Excel, with experience in automation being a plus
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, global environment
