Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collections
  • Manage and mentor a team of two AR specialists, providing guidance and support
  • Implement and improve credit control strategies to reduce outstanding debt
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve payment issues
  • Prepare and analyse AR reports, monitoring key metrics and cash flow
  • Collaborate with finance teams to enhance AR policies and procedures
  • Support system enhancements and automation projects within the AR function

Profile

  • Proven experience in an accounts receivable/credit control management role
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Excel, with experience in automation being a plus
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, global environment
