- Lead the accounts payable team, ensuring KPIs are met and team capability is continually developed
- Deliver improved AP process efficiencies and effectiveness, partnering with the IT function to better utilise SAP capability (AP automisation and transition to PO process)
- Manage the payment runs to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, including working with outsourcing partners in some international territories
- Investigate and resolve issues with supplier reconciliations
- Manage vendor master data, including reviewing new vendor requests and decommission inactive suppliers
- Support the accounting and treasury teams in resolving bank reconciliation queries
- Support the company auditors in successful completion of clean audits, and carry out periodic control self-assessment
- Create and maintain documentation of the complete AP process and conduct training for relevant stakeholders across the business
