Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Assistant Manager - Audit & Accounts to join their growing team. You will be responsible for managing audits, preparing accounts, and liaising with clients, all while having the opportunity to progress quickly within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing audits and preparing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients
  • Liaising with clients, addressing queries, and offering advice
  • Preparing working papers and financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
  • Assisting with corporate tax returns and computations
  • Supporting junior staff and reviewing their work
  • Contributing to the firm’s continued growth through proactive client management and delivery of high-quality service

  • ACA qualified or ACA finalist (Audit or Accounts)
  • Experience in audit and accounts preparation, ideally within a reputable practice
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A client-facing professional who can build strong relationships

  • Motivated and eager to progress within the firm
