Assistant Finance Manager - Knightsbridge - £50,000 to £60,000 Dependant on ExperienceMy client, a global leader in luxury residential real estate, are currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their growing finance team in their office in Knightsbridge.Headquartered in Central London with additional offices branching across Dubai and Singapore, my client specialise in premium residential property and capital market investments. This is fantastic opportunity to join a successful firm undergoing rapid expansion, with clear opportunities for progression.With experience in the Real Estate sector, the successful candidate will have 5 years' finance experience and be able to confidently follow processes, with the ability to support the design and embedment of new processes as the team expands. Duties:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Monitor financial performance in line with budgets as well as generating actionable insights
  • Assist with budget planning and implementation of forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal leaders to provide financial oversight across the business
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Liaise and work with tax agents, ensuring compliance with tax filing
  • Work with auditors to ensure annual audits are performed accurately and timely
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data across CRM and Oracle Systems (Reapit)
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager and CFO to ensure alignment with the overall financial strategy of the business

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in finance, preferably within the Real Estate industry
  • Relevant bachelor's degree as well as professional certification preferably (ACCA/ CPA/ CA)
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting
  • Confidence in planning, coordinating and prioritising workloads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
