The Opportunity:

As an Assistant Insolvency Manager, you will find yourself at the heart of driving execution on a diverse portfolio of cases. From shouldering statutory duties to managing transparent creditor communications, orchestrating asset realizations, conducting thorough investigations, navigating employee redundancies, managing claims and correspondence, to ensuring the smooth closure of cases - you'll be the pivot around which our clients cases revolve.

What Awaits:

  • Spearheading claims agreement and distribution processes in formal insolvency cases.
  • Steering and advancing a spectrum of responsibilities, including meticulously reviewing received claims, validating their eligibility, determining their quantum, and reaching consensus.
  • Nurturing and mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment of growth.
  • Tackling intricate, high-volume creditor claims and unravelling complex challenges.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

A bachelor’s degree or impressive A-Level results and or paired with hands-on, directly and relevant Insolvency experience.

A proven track record in professional services or a corporate setting, with a focus on formal, corporate insolvency.

Profound familiarity with the UK Insolvency statutory and regulatory framework.

A flair for numbers and a knack for analytical prowess.
