A prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its growing Corporate Finance area.
Your responsibilities will cover:
- Business development of the Chinese corporate client base and managing loan products specific to Chinese transactions - focusing on transactions originated/syndicated by the bank
- Preparation of credit proposals
- During deal execution, handling data analysis and managing client relationships pre and post-lending, including tasks like waiver requests and annual reviews etc
- Initiating customer due diligence
- Monitoring the client portfolio
Your experience must include:
- Strong corporate credit analysis skills (cash flow analysis, modelling etc) with proven client relationship ability gained within a similar role in international banking
- Experience of a credit portfolio covering oil & gas is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Fluency in Mandarin speaking is essential
Please note this is a hybrid role working 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remotely.
