A prestigious international bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its growing Corporate Finance area.

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Business development of the Chinese corporate client base and managing loan products specific to Chinese transactions - focusing on transactions originated/syndicated by the bank
  • Preparation of credit proposals
  • During deal execution, handling data analysis and managing client relationships pre and post-lending, including tasks like waiver requests and annual reviews etc
  • Initiating customer due diligence
  • Monitoring the client portfolio

Your experience must include:

  • Strong corporate credit analysis skills (cash flow analysis, modelling etc) with proven client relationship ability gained within a similar role in international banking
  • Experience of a credit portfolio covering oil & gas is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Fluency in Mandarin speaking is essential
