Our client, an Investment Bank, is seeking an Associate for their London M&A team.
Candidates can be Analysts ready for promotion or Managers from Practice firms.
The role involves working on significant mid-tier transactions with extensive client and investor interaction.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A, a Top Tier Accounting firm, Investment Bank/Boutique, or Private Equity.
Knowledge of the Consumer vertical and previous end-to-end transaction experience are essential.

Our client, an Investment Bank, are looking for an Associate to join their London M&A team. This could be an Analyst ready for Associate or a Manager in a Practice firm.

You will work on some of the largest mid-tier transactions, with substantial client and investor interaction.

Due to strong deal closures and forward pipeline, a global investment bank are looking to grow their London Consumer team at the Associate level.

The firm has a strong presence across Europe with management of PE, VC, debt and wealth management.

Requirements:

3+ years experience within M&A , Top Tier Accounting firm, Investment Bank/Boutique or PE
Good knowledge of the Consumer vertical with previous transaction experience - end to end
