Currently working with a international insurer looking to hire an Associate DA Manager to their DA Business Management team, supporting the onboarding of new agents and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. You will manage agent performance data, monitor key risk indicators, and report any issues to senior management.
The role also involves assisting with audit recommendations, ensuring timely responses and escalation of overdue findings. You will contribute to due diligence and onboarding processes, supporting the evaluation of new business opportunities and partners. Additionally, you will assist in preparing reports and presentations for Board and Committee meetings and collaborate on specialist ad-hoc projects as needed.
