We're excited to be partnering with a growing accountancy group in the UK in seeking an experienced professional to join their Corporate Finance team as an Associate Director. As part of a dynamic team, you will be involved in delivering a range of transactions in lower-mid market across high-growth sectors. You will support the Partners on more complex deals and as one of the experienced members of the team, you will also be involved in coaching, and reviewing junior members work. You will act as point of contact for clients, and be responsible in providing high quality service in all aspects of the transactions from start to finish. Excellent stakeholder (both internal and external), and problem solving skills are must haves to be successful in this role.To be considered, individuals must possess:

  • ACA, ACCA or CFA qualification
  • Relevant corporate finance experience with exposure to disposals, acquisitions, and fundraising within an accounting practice or advisory firm is a must
  • Proven UK market experience and success
  • Ability to multi-task working on various projects with keen eye for detail
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent presentation skills
