A very successful private equity firm have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Associate Director of Fund Investment Operations & Transaction Support.This is an interim 9 month initial contract starting ASAP.This is a pivotal role within a fast paced fund finance department and the role encompasses;

  • Transaction/Deal Support,
    • Supporting new deals from a finance perspective
    • Liaising with deal team on financing, refinancing and exits
    • Fund and tax structuring
    • Represents the firm on Fund Boards,
  • Responsibility for full fund lifecycle including liquidations and exits,
  • Fund structure compliance
  • Managing the administrators
  • Interacting with fund controllers & performance reporting teams to update them
  • Process improvement in the transaction cycle

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be experienced in complex Lux Private Equity or Debt fund structures
  • Have extensive experience in supporting investment/M&A activity
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree and/or Accounting Qualification
