Audit & Accounts Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and review audits and accounts for a diverse client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with other departments on ad-hoc advisory projects, providing well-rounded service.
  • Offer technical expertise and mentorship to staff, supporting their ongoing professional development.
  • Efficiently manage your client portfolio, including budget setting and ensuring compliance with billing terms.
  • Pro-actively identify new business opportunities and support the firm's growth strategy.
  • Work closely with Partners and Directors to elevate the firm’s audit and assurance offerings, anticipate industry trends, and explore emerging opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong background in professional services. You’ll bring:

  • Advanced knowledge of FRS 102, FRS 105, and UK GAAP.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant accounting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver clear, concise advice.
  • A keen eye for detail, coupled with a passion for continuous professional growth.
  • An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a professional demeanour.
