What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading the Audit & Accounts Department: Take charge of managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring audits and accounts are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Mentor and develop junior staff, creating a positive, motivating environment where your team can thrive.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Keep the team on track with compliance, while always looking for innovative ways to improve the process and drive change.
  • Client-Facing Role: Take ownership of client audits from start to finish, building relationships and offering strategic guidance on both audit and accounts matters.
