Assistant Manager Opportunity
Salary: Up to £61k per annum
Location: Central London
Work Arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (expectation to be in the office more than not in the first month or two)
Firm Size: 200 people, 20 partners - 35 in the audit department
Are you an experienced Audit Senior or Supervisor now ready to take on a portfolio of clients and advance into the next stage of your career?
Imagine you are now joining a dynamic mid-tier firm with a stellar reputation across various creative sectors, including high-end retail, high-net-worth individuals, sports, boutique shops, hospitality, food & drink, recruitment, and manufacturing.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong UK GAAP and IFRS background, coming from a similar UK-based mid-tier firm.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified (1-2 years PQE)
- Experience: 3 years minimum operating at a similar level, leading audits or managing a client portfolio
- Industry Exposure: Ideal candidates will come from mid-tier firms and wouldn't rule out large or small firm experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, accounts preparation for clients, and experience supervising juniors.
- Ambition: Ready to step up, with progression to Manager level expected within 1 year
