Key role in a high growth, VC backed FinTech. The primary responsibility is to be the group point of contact for managing the group level audit. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented Audit Manager (ideally from a Big 4 firm) or alternatively in industry, operating in a relevant role leading the audit process, ideally in a fintech or regulated business.

This is a key role that will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and proactively identify risk areas.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for group auditors
  • Review and troubleshoot auditor requests with speed and accuracy
  • Manage the overall audit timeline to completion
  • Work cross functionally with Treasury, Finance, and regional teams to meet deadlines
  • Proactively identify risk areas and manage cross-team prep prior to audit commencement

Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
  • Approximately 5+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced start up environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
