This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced auditor to take on a leadership role within a growing firm.Key Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries.
Leading and reviewing audit engagements from planning to completion.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing training and development.
Ensuring audits comply with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
Acting as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing strategic insights.
Reviewing financial statements and ensuring technical accuracy.
Working closely with partners and other departments to support business growth and client service.
Managing budgets, deadlines, and ensuring efficient audit processes.

Skills & Experience Required

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
Significant experience in audit within a practice environment.
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Experience with audit software and modern accounting tools.
