An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Audit Manager to join a growing firm in London, specialising in a diverse client base within the real estate and construction sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with experience in both audit and accounts, who is looking to take the next step in their career and manage a dynamic team.

As Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of clients, leading a dedicated team, and working closely with Partners to develop a strategic roadmap for the team's growth and success. This role offers clear progression, regular meetings with Partners to track your development, and substantial bonus potential upon promotion to Senior Manager.

What you will be doing as a Manager in the audit team:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a large portfolio of real estate and construction clients, providing high-level audit and advisory services.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
  • Strategic Development: Work closely with Partners to develop and execute the team's roadmap for growth, ensuring alignment with firm-wide objectives.
  • Audit & Accounts: Balance a varied workload across both audit and accounts, providing a broad range of services to clients.
  • Progression & Development: Participate in continuous meetings with Partners to track your career progression and development, with a clear path to Senior Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant experience in audit, ideally with a mix of audit and accounts.
  • Experience working with tech, start-ups, and financial services clients is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
  • Ambitious and driven to progress within the firm, with a desire for continuous professional development.
