Audit Manager

Our client, based in North West London, is a prominent firm offering innovative accounting, advisory, and taxation services. They serve a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, sole traders, family-owned businesses, and medium to large companies, both in the UK and internationally.

They offer comprehensive services, including managing high-profile transactions and providing expert tax solutions. Additionally, they support clients through their Business Process Outsourcing Department and are committed to embracing technological advancements.

Main Duties:

  • Plan, supervise, and review accounts and audits for your client portfolio.
  • Coordinate ad-hoc advisory work and collaborate with other departments as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance to staff and support their professional development.
  • Efficiently manage your portfolio, set budgets with clients, and adhere to billing terms.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Work with Partners and Directors to enhance the firm’s audit and assurance services, anticipate sector-specific changes, and explore new prospects.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for an ACA or ACCA qualified individual with experience in a professional services environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Strong technical expertise in FRS 102, FRS 105, and UK GAAP.
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant IT systems.
  • Ability to work independently with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a genuine enthusiasm for professional growth.
  • An analytical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a strong professional presence.
