Job Purpose

  • Support a portfolio of clients overseeing the provision of technical audits, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor, including medium to large organisations.
  • Work closely with Managers and Directors to scope new service lines for your portfolio.
  • Provide trusted technical knowledge across audit and accounting, supporting clients and colleagues alike.
  • Delivering technical information in an easy-to-understand way, communicating clearly and proactively handling queries.
  • Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
  • Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Supporting the firm’s commercial direction with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.
  • Set an example as a hands-on Manager.
