Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage a Diverse Portfolio: Take ownership of audit clients with turnovers up to £200 million across a variety of sectors.
  • Lead the Audit Process: Oversee everything from audit planning to completion, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Quality Control: Review and sign off on the audit team’s work to maintain the high standards the firm is known for.
  • Mentor & Develop: Guide and support junior staff, helping them to grow and reach their potential.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Get involved in exciting projects such as cash flow forecasts, due diligence reports, and other advisory services.
What They’re Looking For:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least two years of post-qualification experience in audit.
  • Strong knowledge of FRS102/IFRS standards.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, with the confidence to lead meetings and communicate effectively.
  • An ambitious mindset, eager to grow into more senior leadership roles.
