• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experienced in managing audit assignments within a practice environment
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and compliance
• Able to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
• Confident in managing teams and building client relationships
• Excellent at communicating with both clients and colleagues
• Able to provide leadership and motivate a team
