Key Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering audit assignments across a varied portfolio of clients.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Supporting Partners in business development activities.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing audits from planning to completion.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
