As Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading audit engagements, managing client relationships, and mentoring a talented team of auditors. Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of not-for-profit audit clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Lead and review audit engagements, providing technical guidance to the team.
- Support and develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and contribute to practice growth.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Proven expertise in audit, with a strong interest in the not-for-profit sector.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
