Job Description:My client, are seeking an experienced professional to manage aviation contractual agreements & certification processes. This role involves negotiating and overseeing contracts between insured parties, lessors, banks, and governmental organizations while ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in aviation finance, risk management, and client relationship management. This role will also include market facing account handling. Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate aviation contractual agreements, including lease, financing, and insurance contracts. Manage accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery for clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with aviation certification requirements and regulatory standards. Market facing account handling Liaise with lessors, banks, insurers, and governmental authorities to facilitate agreements. Oversee risk management strategies and contractual obligations. Provide expert guidance on aviation regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.Requirements:Proven experience in aviation contractual agreements, certification, and account handling. Strong understanding of aviation finance, insurance, and regulatory compliance. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and client service skills. Background in aviation law, finance, or insurance preferred.
