This Risk Managementdepartment of this International Bank develops and maintains the Bank'sEnterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). Whilst providing oversight formultiple risk types, you will help implement the ERMF, support risk committees,and maintain the Bank's holistic risk profile.Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain risk management documents (ERMF, Risk Appetite Framework).
- Design and produce stress test and emergency management frameworks.
- Produce enterprise risk reports with input from various departments.
- Update the Chief Risk Officer and committees on the Bank's risk profile.
- Engage with stakeholders to embed ERMF across the Bank.
- Oversee the annual review of the Risk Appetite Statement.
- Deliver risk training programs to promote a robust risk culture.
Requirements:
- Experience in risk management within Financial Services, Audit, or Consulting.
- Understanding of Basel Accord, Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks and best practices in risk management.
- Knowledge of regulatory expectations for risk governance.
- Proficiency in Credit Risk, Market Risk, and Operational Risk.
- Degree in Business, Risk, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent is desirable.
- Strong independent and team working skills.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
