Banking Graduate role - Trade Finance support

cer Financial are working alongside a bank who is based in the City of London. They are seeking a Banking Graduate to work with them on a permanent basis.
The responsibilities of a Banking Graduate / Trade Finance support will include:
- Process the daily administration of trade finance activities, Letter of credit (LC) with its imports/exports collections, amendment, negotiation, acceptance and its settlement arrangement.
- Assist import/export guarantees amendments, settlement shipping, bank guarantees, and standby LC.
- Assist trade finance inquires by managing the settlement inquiries, complaints, open transactions related to trade finance.
- Lead high standard customer service to trade finance clients following in bank’s internal service guidelines.
- Manage clients’ complaints, prioritise the cases, applying the system identify, receiving, recording, solving or escalate unsolved cases to above manager.
- Record and safeguard all trade finance files, transactions documents in order to accurate register them following regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
- Monitor debit and credit advices from depository correspondents related with trade finance transactions.
- Prepare transaction input forms/ accounting vouchers and their entries.
- Reconcile trade finance accounts with trade finance records.
- Reconcile reports produced by system (i.e. TI, Midas) to physical files (outstanding trade finance transaction) on monthly basis.
- Prepare data for monthly report or when requested by management.
- Manage and make sure all trade finance reports are updated.
The successful Banking Graduate / Operations Assistant will have:
- Undergraduate from a qualified University in the UK.
- Good at Analytical Thinking
- At least knowledge in finance or banking
- Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
- Acknowledgement of Import LC for Commodity, Standby L/C's
- Keep updated on industry trends and the consumer market
- Proficient English
