We are looking for an experienced candidate who has managed a technical operations team in Banking, the ability to work under pressure, to lead a team to produce a high, accurate output of work, experience of performance management, happy to work in a high paced environment.

Five years payments processing experience in banking to include Faster payments, CHAPs, BACs, SEPA and SWIFT, experience of PSD2 and transfer of funds regulations. This must be in Banking, the client will not consider FX Payments or any payments outside of Banking.

A problem solver, owning and resolving issues, errors and incidents to ensure good customer outcomes inside regulation.

The ability to produce and analyse team MI, someone who can think of new and innovative processes. Experience in Business Continuity Planning within Financial Services

In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of Payments specialists, ensure colleagues work within and adhere to the bank’s policies.

To provide exceptional customer service and ensure a streamlined service for the customer.

Drive Payment Operations forward for the bank, payment scheme rules, particularly Faster Payments, CHAPs, BACs SEPA and SWIFT

This is a hybrid role, you will be expected in the London office at least twice a week
