Business Management Opportunity - Senior / Assistant Manager

We're working with an international business management firm known for offering full-service business management solutions to some of the most exciting talent in the industry. With offices in London, New York, LA, and Nashville, and a team of 700 globally (including 70 in London), this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a dynamic and growing team.

This role is focused on business management for emerging artists, offering a unique chance to work on tour accounts, liaise with booking agents, and handle payment runs. This isn't your typical tax and accounting role - it's about getting into the heart of a thriving industry.

The Business Management Role:

  • Work closely with clients on budgeting, bookkeeping, personal account management, tour financial management, insurance assessment, and more.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, tax preparation, and collaborate with investment professionals to provide well-rounded consulting.
  • Join a fast-paced team of 9, led by a fantastic manager, where you'll hold a critical role in the business management side of the firm.
  • You'll need to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, but full-time during probation to ensure you're fully integrated into the team.
