Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
- Oversee the preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax returns
- Provide business advisory services to clients
- Lead and mentor a team of junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships and drive business growth
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
