Sonic Summary

The role is part of the onsite finance team responsible for the day-to-day management of service charges.
Key responsibilities include monitoring service partner statements, preparing budget versus actual reports, and managing insurance claims.

The position offers a salary range of £38,000 to £40,000 per annum and requires relevant experience in the field.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Purpose of the Role

Part of the onsite finance team in end to end / day to day running of the service charge.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, review and reconcile service partner statements on a monthly basis
Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly service charge budget v actual report (BVA)
Monitor & review insurance claims
Process tenant recoverable recharges and expenditure
Monitor and manage the PO processes and tasks carried out by the onsite Operations and Management teams relating to reactive and contracted work orders.[Proactis systems]. This includes assisting the team with closing down of any PO’s no longer required.

Working Hours - Mon – Fri 9:00am to 5:30pm
