The role

- Take initial inbound complaints

- They will be communication between the Chartered member, the various external bodies , independent external regulators and if it has been raised by a external member of the public them too

- Working in line with our FCA regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the Data Protection

- Provide day to day administrative support to the Associates
