Case Manager (Mortgages / Property Finance)

Our client is a multi-award-winning property finance brokerage based in London, specialising in property finance for developers and investors. As a tech-driven company, they are dedicated to transforming property finance through ongoing innovation that simplifies the customers’ funding journey with expert support and seamless application processes.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a team-orientated, experienced case manager to join the existing property finance support team. The candidate must have a financial services background and at least 1 year of experience in property finance and a thorough understanding of the full case management cycle. This includes submission through to completion.

Key Skills Required:

  • Provide day-to-day assistance to consultants and other colleagues as necessary
  • Check the validity of documents sent in with applications against lender criteria and manage ongoing communication with lender partners, underwriters, and solicitors in pursuit of the mortgage offer.
  • Support consultants within a team, including site visits, weekly meetings and during their annual leave
  • Liaising with lenders, valuers and solicitors collating relevant information and updates
  • Monitor case progression and pipelines
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner and communication skills
  • CF1, full/part CeMAP qualified will be preferred
  • Good understanding of credit reports, KYC, AML and fraud prevention systems
  • Ability to deal with a high-volume workflow and be able to prioritise accordingly
  • Enthusiastic and driven
