A rare opportunity has arisen for an accomplished CEO/CFO to join a growing hospitality group based in London. This executive-level position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business, driving strategic financial leadership while also overseeing broader operational performance and commercial success.

As a key figure in the senior leadership team, the CFO/CEO will be responsible for:

  • Steering strategic finance, including funding, investment, and budgeting.
  • Leading the commercial review of the business to support performance growth and profitability.
  • Driving operational excellence and efficiency across multiple locations.
  • Providing strong leadership to senior managers and building a high-performing executive team.
  • Shaping and executing business strategy and organisational direction.
  • Acting as the outward face of the company to build strategic partnerships and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage the wider back office functions, including HR and legal
