About The Company:A highly regarded creative organisation that works across the luxury fashion and beauty industries, they partner with an impressive array of clients and talent to produce content for major outlets.The Role:My client is looking to hire a CFO who can work over a small group of creative companies, act as a strategic financial expert, helping the business navigate complex financial landscapes and make informed decisions to drive growth and success.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis - Developing comprehensive financial plans.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution - Contributing financial expertise to the planning process, translating strategic goals.
  • Advising on Mergers and Acquisitions - Playing a critical role in mergers and acquisitions, securing funding, and making key recommendations.
  • Scaling and Succession Planning - Guiding the company through scaling processes, ensuring financial infrastructure is robust.
Desirable Skills:
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Experience in fashion or luxury retail environments.
  • Proven experience of leading a Finance Team.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of growing a business through M&A processes.
