A Games Publisher is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team and play a pivotal role in raising funds and taking the business to the next level!Your new role
- Partnering with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute strategic financial plans that support our ambitious growth goals in the gaming landscape.
- Leading fundraising initiatives to secure capital for strategic investments, acquisitions, and further development.
- Identifying and evaluating M&A opportunities that align with our growth strategy and negotiating favourable deals.
- Championing a data-driven culture, using financial metrics to inform strategic decision-making across the organisation.
- Leading and mentoring the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CFO or FD in a high-growth gaming company.
- Deep understanding of the gaming industry, its trends, and financial drivers.
- Must have experience of securing funding through venture capital, debt financing, or other means and proven relationships within the gaming investment space
- Prior experience leading or participating in successful M&A transactions in the gaming sector.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and driving growth in the gaming industry
