Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of corporate strategies and annual business plans, ensuring the company’s objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- Act as a key liaison with investors, overseeing fundraising efforts and ensuring financial stability to support ongoing growth.
- Manage and lead the finance team, ensuring the department operates efficiently and develops in line with the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the CEO and Board to define the company’s strategic vision, including providing financial forecasting and analysis to support decision-making.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion and diversification of the company’s operations.
- Ensure the establishment and maintenance of robust financial controls to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of the operating budget and work closely with the Board to ensure financial objectives are aligned with the company’s broader goals.
- Manage all fiscal activities, including overseeing revenue and expense reporting, balance sheet management, and banking activities.
- Oversee the production of financial reports, statements, and cash flow projections, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and monitor the company’s tax position, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or equivalent, with extensive experience in senior financial management roles.
