Chief of Staff (Family Office) - Hybrid

This is a new role created by a very successful and growing international business with two Managing Partners and two Family Offices

Your background will show UHNW, Family Office at senior level in Operations or Chief of Staff level of 6 years++ Degree standard with motivation and a keen interest in your work. Goal driven, this role is suited to someone with a Chief of Staff background or senior within a Family Office covering many bases. The Principals have opened 2 Family Offices and you will be involved in various projects and asset management that will cross over with the main business both in the UK and abroad.

Financially astute you will have a high level of financial acumen and preferably a qualification in finance/accounts. You will liaise with the company accountants and advisors with regard to strategy, reports, management of cashflow, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis and managing the receivable and payable processes. Capable of identifying financial problems and to respond, you will be a strategic advisor to the Board.

You will also be responsible for legal and compliance issues across various jurisdictions. Having a central role in daily business operations you will also be involved in the personal and business interests of the two Founding Partners. You will be business minded, targeted and professional.

Responsible with the General Manager for people management, on boarding and some training for new colleagues to the business, a good general over view of HR is needed and a personable, hands on approach. A top communicator able to build relationships quickly.

Experience with managing a wide portfolio of interests and how they interact you will also liaise internationally on behalf of the Principals with regard to international assets such as cars, yachts, wine, real estate and venture capital.

Flexible when needed you will also be happy to travel occasionally when needed abroad to oversee or manage various projects. Liaising with two senior EA's and a Director of the company you will be a flexible and hands on team player happy to juggle when needed and travel occasionally (USA + Europe)

You will show a similar role of this responsibility in the past at senior level in a Family Office or for an UHNW and working in collaboration with Principals and colleagues alike.
