We have an opportunity with one of the industry's leading national installers to join their team as a Client Account Manager in the London area. You would be joining a close-knit team, looking after several key existing accounts and managing any inbound leads within your patch.

This is an opportunity suited to an already established AM/salesperson, who enjoys speaking to people, getting out on the road and meeting customers, and is experienced enough to manage a competitive area and achieve quality results. The primary function of the role is to ensure the best relationship possible with the persons representing the account for the customer. With the accounts you are given to manage you will have overall responsibility for allocated accounts maintenance contracts, from initial bid support, contract mobilisation, management and reporting of KPIs delivery of SLAs, customer relationship management, payment collection responsibilities and all account development opportunities.

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing Sales Manager with monthly input to company delivery forecast and budgets for all key accounts.
  • Achieving set Sales Targets monthly/quarterly/annually.
  • To facilitate the relationship with the client by ensuring that all maintenance, works and repairs are carried out correctly to meet customer's requirements. This will involve regular communication with operational service and admin, and working with the delivery team when required. This includes any additions to the current contract agreement and managing contract renewals.
  • Maintenance management and engineer resourcing in conjunction with the regional engineer manager and the regional service administration team to ensure that new contracts are reviewed fully before mobilisation.
  • To ensure compliance with Company and Client Health and Safety policies and any applicable standards with site-specific RAMS where applicable.
  • To attend customer contract meetings as and when required, and to ensure that a regular general liaison meeting takes place as appropriate for the level of work ensuring records of the meetings are obtained and stored on the company's system.
  • Secure non-contracted disciplines (such as security services for a fire systems customer)

Skills:

  • Sound management, communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Have a focus centred on relationship management and customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in an engineering-related industry (Fire and Security specifically preferred)
  • Working knowledge of fire and security products, market, design, and standard market regulations.

 Remuneration

- £90k+ OTE (incl. basic salary DOE)

- 23 days' holiday + bank holidays (3 days are held for Christmas Shutdown)
